LIFT Digital Partnering with Equinox to Enable Live Online Training

MONTREAL, April 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- LIFT Digital Inc., the developers of LIFT Session, a live video-based training platform, announced today that it is expanding its relationship with Equinox, the upscale fitness and high performance lifestyle leader headquartered in New York. The LIFT Session platform is designed for fitness training, instruction, analysis and monitoring. It can be conducted anytime, anywhere via live video sessions through iPads and TVs. It will allow Equinox coaches to service clients through sophisticated yet intuitive online sessions.

LIFT is uniquely designed to benefit the whole fitness ecosystem: fitness enthusiasts, fitness clubs & fitness professionals.  With LIFT Session, clients can achieve their goals through consistent training provided by their coaches, while fitness clubs and coaches can extend their services to new markets.

After a highly successful pilot program in the fall of 2014 at the exclusive E at Equinox at Columbus Circle in New York, the LIFT Session technology platform will be rolled out to four other Equinox markets: Boston, Dallas, Greenwich, CT, and an additional New York City location. Equinox Tier 4 coaches, the highest level of training at Equinox, will be the first group of coaches to offer LIFT sessions.
