SAN FRANCISCO, March 7, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Lithium Technologies today announced that the 2016 Lithy Awards are now open and submissions will be accepted through Monday, April 4, 2016. For the sixth consecutive year, the Lithy Awards will honor Lithium customers who are charting new territory in digital customer experience and achieving quantifiable business results.
"Last year we had more than 65 award submissions from digitally-forward brands from around the world. The submissions showcased real results like higher NPS/CSAT scores, savings in call deflection and increases in sales," said Katy Keim, Chief Marketing Officer at Lithium. "We take our customers' success personally and are incredibly proud of all their achievements. The Lithys is our chance to recognize the leaders in digital customer experience and show they're stars."
The prestigious winners will be celebrated at the LiNC Bash & Lithy Awards Ball, taking place the evening of June 9th in San Francisco. LiNC, Lithium's annual user conference, is where the best and brightest in digital customer experience and marketing connect with peers to learn and grown, and gain valuable insights on where the industry is headed.
