LivmorIQ Brings Real Medicare Beneficiary Data to Plan Analysis, The Year-Round Client Retention Platform for Agents and Agencies
Approved for CMS Blue Button API access and named to the CMS Blue Button V3 Advisory Council, Livmor pairs each client's Medicare utilization with the needs they share with their agent, so every senior is aligned with the plan that fits and stays with the agent who found it.
PORTLAND, Ore., Sept. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Livmor Inc. today announced it has been approved to connect to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Blue Button API and has been named to the CMS Blue Button V3 Advisory Council. The Blue Button integration, together with a new Disenrollment Notification capability, rolls out to LivmorIQ customers later this month. With a beneficiary's consent, the Blue Button connection gives Plan Analysis her coverage, claims, and prescription history. LivmorIQ weighs that against the health profile, providers, and benefit needs she shares with her agent. The result is a plan fit built on what the client uses, not only on what they remember to mention.
Until now, agents worked from a health profile captured at the point of sale that aged from the day it was written. Real utilization data keeps that profile current all year, so Plan Analysis can re-evaluate fit as a client's care changes. That turns what could be a one-time enrollment into a client who stays.
ONE PLATFORM FOR KEEPING THE BOOK, ALL YEAR
Retention in Medicare is not a single event. It is plan terminations, service area reductions, benefit cuts, providers leaving networks, medications changing tiers, and changes that can open a Special Enrollment Period. Any one of them can cost an agent a client. Today, most reach the agent after the client has already felt the impact. LivmorIQ moves that notice to the front, so the agent hears it first, with time to act.
LivmorIQ's Plan Analysis runs continuously across an agent's entire book and flags every client across each of these touches. Through the Blue Button connection, it re-evaluates each client against their own record, so a new diagnosis, a new specialist, or a new prescription changes the analysis as soon as it appears in the data. Through Livmor's monthly provider and formulary updates, it flags when a client's doctor leaves the network or a drug loses coverage or moves tiers, in time to reach the client before the Annual Notice of Change arrives at the end of September, not after.
Leah Puccio, President of Livmor Inc., framed the shift as a change in what an agent can know about a client. "Claims data tells you what a client is using. The client tells you what's changing in their life. Put those together and the agent finally has the full picture, not just at enrollment but all year. The relationship between agent and senior should be stronger because of it."
NEW: DISENROLLMENT NOTIFICATION, FOR PROTECTING THE BOOK
Launching alongside Blue Button access, LivmorIQ's new Disenrollment Notification alerts the agent in the platform when a client's coverage changes, including when a client switches plans or disenrolls through another channel. The alerts typically arrive within days, often before the client mentions it. The alert names the client, the change, and whether it opens a Special Enrollment Period. The client's current profile sits alongside it, so the agent can pick up the phone without looking anything up. Acting early means fewer surprise losses and fewer rapid-disenrollment chargebacks. For agencies, FMOs, and IMOs, the same platform provides book-level persistency visibility across every downline, alongside each agent's licensing, certification, and carrier appointment status through LivmorIQ's NIPR integration.
ROLLING OUT BEFORE AEP
LivmorIQ Plan Analysis is available now at $99 per agent per month. The Blue Button integration and Disenrollment Notification roll out to Plan Analysis customers later this month, ahead of the October 15 start of the Annual Enrollment Period. Each client authorizes their Medicare data once, and agents who onboard now will enter AEP with every client analyzed against real utilization, and every ANOC-affected client already flagged.
