The recent promotion automatically entered L.L.Bean Visa cardmembers into the giveaway every time they used their card. The purchase that won Mr. Hart the $250,000 cash prize was a $10 purchase at a fast food restaurant.

The Here There EVERYWHERE Giveaway ran from June 27 to Dec. 31, 2014, and cardmembers automatically received entries in the giveaway each time they used their L.L.Bean Visa card issued by Barclaycard US for purchases. There was no limit to the number of entries and no minimum purchase was required. Entries accumulated, so the more cardmembers used their card, the more chances they had to win.
