Local Businesses Unite for "Pamper Your Pet Day" at Terrabis Plainfield Dispensary

PLAINFIELD, Ill., Sept. 10, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Terrabis Plainfield Dispensary is partnering with a team of local businesses to host "Pamper Your Pet Day," a free community event celebrating our four-legged friends. The event will take place this Saturday, September 13, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Terrabis dispensary in Plainfield, located at 16020 Illinois Rte 59. The day will feature complimentary nail trimming services, food, and a special adoption initiative to give a deserving dog a second chance.

Terrabis is sponsoring the adoption fee for any 1 of the remaining dogs from Wags to Wishes Animal Rescue that were saved from a widely reported Wauconda hoarding situation in July. These dogs, which were discovered living in unsanitary and overcrowded conditions, are now ready to find their forever homes and the Plainfield community is here to help. To support their new journey, the lucky adopted dog's sponsorship includes one year of dog food, a dog bed, toys, and treats, thanks to a partnership between Terrabis and local Plainfield pet store, Pets Etc.
