Tom served nearly twenty years with the Marine Corps, but is excited to get back into the environment that he thoroughly enjoyed growing up in his family's restaurant.

Dickey's holds a 46 percent growth rate with a goal of 200 stores by the year's end and there are currently 174 locations in 35 states.
