OVERLAND PARK, Kan., March 1, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Lockpath, a leading provider of governance, risk management and compliance (GRC) solutions, today announced the addition of three members to its executive leadership team. The newly appointed executives are tasked with enhancing the company's ability to serve its growing customer base, execute growth strategy and drive strategic partnerships.
The new additions to the leadership team include Hal Bentley, who will serve as Vice President of Sales; Tony Rock, who joined Lockpath as Vice President of Business Development; and Sam Abadir, who was recently promoted to Vice President of Industry Solutions.
"To take full advantage of growth opportunities in the expanding integrated risk management market, we have recruited experienced leaders with specific talents to complement our existing team and help us execute our aggressive plan of action," said Lockpath CEO and founder Chris Caldwell.
With more than 25 years of sales and leadership experience in the software industry, Bentley has successfully led sales growth and expansion at multiple organizations and believes in the approach of his teams becoming experts in their clients' businesses.
Bentley's career began at IBM, where he spent 15 years in various sales and sales leadership positions. Prior to joining Lockpath as Vice President of Sales, Bentley worked at Experian for seven years, leading sales for credit unions and commercial insurance, and building an enterprise sales team for data quality solutions at large financial and retail institutions.
"We are excited to welcome Hal as our newest executive," said Caldwell. "His sales leadership experience in the software industry, coupled with his focus on client needs, makes him a great fit for our team."
Rock brings extensive leadership experience in finance, operations, and technology to his role as Vice President of Business Development at Lockpath. In this role, he will be focused on building access to global markets, talent and technologies.
Rock holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing, as well as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. His capabilities lie in driving revenue for innovative companies poised for growth.
"Tony's business acumen is highly valuable to our company," said Caldwell. "He is leading our charge into the European, Middle Eastern and Asian markets and has been focused on building relationships that will position us for future success."
