Lockton's Ted Brown Promoted to Executive Vice President
Talented leader will join the Mountain West executive committee, continuing to benefit clients.
DENVER, March 29, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Lockton's Mountain West operation in Denver recently announced Ted Brown has been promoted to Executive Vice President, adding another talented leader to its executive committee. Lockton is the world's largest privately held, independent insurance broker.

Brown focuses on structuring solutions to optimize clients' total cost of risk in the real estate, development, construction, and private equity industries. In addition, Brown:
- Created and leads a real estate practice leadership team which maximizes the client experience
- Led training and mentorship platform development for new Mountain West Producers
- Directed the creation of new insurance products and risk finance strategies for the affordable housing industry
Brown has been with Lockton for more than nine years and was a 2014 nominee for Denver Business Journal's 40 Under 40 Award.
In the community, he works closely with the Tennyson Center for Children as a member of the board and executive committee, and is co-chair/founder of the Mile High Q and Brew benefit event. Additionally, Brown is a founder and executive board member of The Valor Bridge Foundation, an organization providing mentorship and education to U.S. combat veterans, ensuring successful transitions into civilian life by launching meaningful careers.
Brown is a graduate of the University of the Pacific where he majored in business communication and was a member of the lacrosse team and Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity.
