Steve Smith brings more than two decades of international software leadership, specializing in high-growth organizations in GRC and fintech. Most recently, he spent nine years as SVP of International at NAVEX, where he scaled international revenue by 20x during his tenure and expanded operations to new markets, including Australia and New Zealand, the Nordics, Germany, and Japan. Prior to NAVEX, Smith held senior sales and leadership roles at both public and fast-growing technology companies.

In that role, she oversaw corporate governance and global privacy, enterprise and strategic partner agreements, M&A, and the company's IP strategy.
