Mike Zinne brings more than 20 years of experience building and leading revenue and customer organizations at some of software's most recognized growth companies. Most recently he was Chief Revenue & Experience Officer at Quiq. Before that, he spent nearly seven years at Outreach in senior customer leadership roles, helping drive its enterprise growth, with earlier roles at Zendesk and RightNow Technologies through RightNow's acquisition by Oracle.

He has also held product leadership roles at Amazon and T-Mobile, where he led trust and safety initiatives including Scam Shield, T-Mobile's network-level scam protection serving tens of millions of customers.
