Longo Toyota of Prosper officially opens for business

Located at 2100 W. University Drive on US 380 just West of the Dallas North Tollway, the new Toyota dealership, constructed by Prosper-based Crossland Construction, sits on 15 acres and spans nearly 61,000 square feet. Site work on the facility began in October 2016 and the first piece of steel for the building was raised on March 21, 2017. Now complete, the open and transparent dealership was designed with guests in mind and includes many state-of-the-art amenities, including:  

• Guest lounge with complimentary beverages, snacks, Wi-Fi, and charging stations at every seat
• Glass viewing area so guests can watch their vehicles be serviced
• Business center with complimentary guest personal computers so guests can continue to work while waiting for their vehicles to be serviced
• Children's play area and gaming center
• Tire Center
• Toyota Express Maintenance Center
• Parts and Accessories Center
• A Wellness center for its Team Members

To celebrate the dealership's opening, Penske Motor Group and Toyota hosted an intimate ribbon cutting ceremony early this month, which was attended by members of the Prosper and Frisco Chambers of Commerce and local leaders.

At the ribbon cutting event, the dealership presented the two Prosper Independent School District (ISD) 'Teacher of the Year' recipients with a 2018 Toyota Camry to drive for the next year, courtesy of Longo Toyota of Prosper.

We couldn't be more excited to recognize and reward the Prosper ISD Teachers of the Year for their success by providing new Camrys to drive," said Kara Brinley, vice president & general manager at Longo Toyota of Prosper.

PMG opened Longo Toyota of Prosper on the same day that it celebrated the 50^th anniversary of its flagship dealership – Longo Toyota in El Monte, California – and Longo's 50^th consecutive year as the No. 1 Toyota dealership in the world.
