With more than 20 years in retail automotive management, Macken has established himself as an authority on client relations and retention for every organization he has supported. • Carla Wade joined Lotlinx as the senior vice president of business development in January 2023, bringing more than 25 years of experience in the automotive industry. • Suzanne Reimer came to the Lotlinx team in February 2023 to serve as vice president of customer acquisition and marketing at Lotlinx.
