By consolidating all benefit-related information in one place, the HR InTouch portal streamlines all processes from benefit enrollment to wellness promotion. With the portal's personalized communication and decision support tools, LP is able to deliver clear and consistent messaging about healthcare and benefits to a regionally dispersed population of more than 2,500 employees. Providing a more intuitive enrollment experience, HR InTouch was introduced to LP employees in December for their open enrollment and will be accessible year-round to manage new hires, life event changes, employee communication and wellness initiatives.
