ANAHEIM, Calif., July 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, Springfield, IL-based Levi Ray & Shoup, Inc. (LRS) announced that it had finalized its acquisition of the business of Capella Technologies (Capella). The newly purchased business will now be referred to as Capella Technologies, a Division of Levi, Ray & Shoup, Inc., and will continue to operate from Capella's existing Anaheim, CA location. LRS is in the process of consolidating its California operations and relocating its existing sales and technical teams to the Capella facility in Anaheim.
Capella founder Robert Blanchet will continue in this new LRS division as Vice President in charge of its operations and personnel. "We've received a warm welcome from our new colleagues at LRS," remarked Blanchet. "Our team recognizes the opportunity this gives us to enhance our offerings and improve our customers' ability to improve critical business processes."
