Lynn Saladini of ath Power Consulting Elected President of Mystery Shopping Providers Association

BOSTON and CHICAGO, Oct. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Lynn Saladini, Vice President of ath Power Consulting has been elected President of the Mystery Shopping Providers Association (MSPA) for the term beginning January 1, 2011. The MSPA is the largest professional trade association dedicated to improving service quality using anonymous resources.

ath Power Consulting, a leading financial services market research and strategy firm based in Boston, is a charter member of MSPA. "The MSPA has established global standards for this important market research technique," Saladini states. Saladini has served on the MSPA board for five years and has been Vice President since January 2010. At ath Power, Saladini manages mystery shopping research programs for many of the nation's largest financial institutions.

In her new role as President, Saladini's goal is to "focus on issues of legislative concern, such as those involving Independent contractors, while strengthening our industry's standards and recognition. I also will take an active part in nurturing the growth of the Latin American chapter in their first year in the organization while supporting overall efforts of the global board and the needs of North American members."
