KIRKLAND, Wash., Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- MacroHealth, the marketplace that connects healthcare payers and plan administrators with best-fit partners, today announced the appointment of Erica Tingley as the company's Chief Financial Officer. As MacroHealth enters its next phase of growth, Tingley will help scale the financial and operational foundations of the company as its marketplace evolves, adding new categories and capabilities to measurably improve healthcare access, cost, and quality.
"MacroHealth is shifting the narrative around how healthcare is bought and sold and making that process more transparent and efficient through its marketplace," said Tingley. "What drew me here was the demonstrable savings the company achieves for its customers and the vision to expand those opportunities to more market participants in more categories. I'm looking forward to helping the company expand through innovation and execution."
Tingley joins MacroHealth with over 25 years of healthcare experience across investment banking, M&A, corporate finance, and operations. Most recently, she served as President and CFO of Knowtion Health, a revenue cycle management partner to health systems, carrying responsibility for both the company's financial strategy and delivery of its solutions. Before that, she was COO and CFO of Bluesight, where she helped mature the organization and create consistent, profitable growth. Earlier in her career, Tingley held roles of increasing responsibility at The Advisory Board Company and Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
"Erica is exactly the leader we wanted for this stage of the company," said Virgil Bretz, co-founder and CEO of MacroHealth. "She has scaled healthcare technology businesses through acquisition and integration, and she pairs financial discipline with operating experience. That combination will be invaluable as we expand our marketplace and broaden the value we deliver to our customers."
Tingley holds a bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Harvard University and an MBA in Health Care Management from The Wharton School.
