Madison Street Capital Awarded Turnaround M&A Deal of the Year by M&A Advisor
CHICAGO, Jan. 2, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- The M&A Advisor has announced Chicago based international investment banking firm, Madison Street Capital, as an award winner of its 13th Annual Turnaround Awards.
The Madison Street Capital team was awarded "Distressed M&A Deal of the Year" (over $25MM to $50MM) for their performance serving as exclusive advisor to Sachs Capital Group on its take-private of RMG Networks. Virgo Capital invested alongside Sachs Capital Group and Merion Investment Partners provided the debt financing in connection with the closing of this transaction.
