She joins Herff Jones from Pearson, where she managed a $1B higher education portfolio that achieved double digit growth in digital sales and technology adoption. In her new capacity, Maggie will be charged with accelerating the evolution of Herff Jones' Yearbook product.

Waples received her Master of Business Administration from The Claremont Graduate University with a concentration in Marketing, and her Bachelor of Science from the University of South Alabama, with a concentration in Accounting.
