Mailprotector Launches Partner Success Team as Email Threats Escalate for MSPs
GREENVILLE, S.C., Sept. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Mailprotector®, a SaaS-based cybersecurity leader in email security sold through the IT channel, today announced the launch of its Partner Success team, a new division designed to build on the company's existing partner experience and give MSPs additional resources as they navigate an evolving email security landscape.
As email threats grow more sophisticated and new technologies emerge, MSPs are managing an increasingly complex email environment while training their teams on new capabilities and adapting their services to meet changing customer needs. Partner Success expands the resources available to MSPs as those demands grow, with additional hands-on guidance, education, and support.
Led by Cody Ekle, newly appointed director of partner success, the team will help partners maximize their use of Mailprotector's technology and grow their email security practices. Ekle brings to the role more than 12 years of IT experience, including firsthand experience in the MSP space and deep expertise in email security throughout his past 8 years at Mailprotector.
The team will provide customized, one-on-one onboarding for new partners while supporting existing MSPs as they train technicians, navigate new capabilities, and expand their email security offerings. That may include helping partners review complex email environments, educating new help desk technicians, or helping existing partners add products such as encryption and email continuity.
