Russell S. Ascher is announced as the New Executive Director of Scarinci Hollenbeck
LYNDHURST, N.J., June 30, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Effective July 1, 2015, Russell Ascher will become the new Executive Director of Scarinci Hollenbeck. He replaces Lawrence Kraft, who announced his retirement earlier this year. As Executive Director of Scarinci Hollenbeck, Mr. Ascher will be in charge of all of the Firm's operations and will have oversight over Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Facilities, Marketing and Business Development.

A senior level financial executive and CPA with more than 25 years of extensive hands-on accounting and auditing experience, Mr. Ascher has a solid track record of leading and advising executive management. He has considerable experience managing the internal finance departments and overseeing the operations of Law firms and Accounting firms, and providing strategic insight and management direction to such firms during mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Ascher arrives from a top twenty accounting and consulting firm where he served as Managing Director in the Finance area, which entailed managing the Firm's internal accounting department. Prior to that, he was the Director of Finance at a New York City law firm where he was responsible for financial reporting, maintaining all records, and supervising the finance department staff. Earlier in his career, Mr. Ascher was the Chief Financial Officer at a large regional law firm where he provided executive leadership and direction to the firm's financial operations.
Mr. Ascher obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California State University – San Bernardino and became a CPA in 1995.
Outgoing Executive Director Larry Kraft praised Russell Ascher's talents and capabilities.
