CACI International Inc. Analyst Notes
On June 2, 2014, CACI International Inc. (CACI) announced that it has been awarded with a 30-month (one 18-month base period plus one option year) contract worth $41 million to provide lifecycle support to the U.S. Army's Project Manager, Sensor-Aerial Intelligence (PM SAI) Guardrail/Common Sensor (GR/CS), an airborne Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) location and dissemination system. CACI stated that this contract expands the Company's presence in its C4ISR (command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance) and Intelligence markets. The Company added that the contract was awarded during CACI's Q3 FY 2014 (period ended March 31, 2014).
