NEW YORK, Oct. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Ronald M. Long Island Business News' "Fifty or so Around 50" Award recognizes companies, organizations and Long Island residents who are "around 50 and proud of it."  To be considered for selection, the publication's editorial staff reviewed candidates who were nominated by their fellow colleagues.   Business leaders named to the list were chosen for their leadership in business, mentoring and support for Long Island's not-for-profit organizations and commitment to the communities that ultimately support them and their business.

"I am honored to accept the distinct recognition as one of Long Island's 'Fifty or so Around 50,'" said Finkelstein.  "The Long Island business community continues to strive to deliver high results for its clients and community during these challenging economic times.  It is important for businesspeople to remain focused on growing their businesses and giving back to the local community."
