DALLAS, Aug. 10, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The inflow of growth across key regions in Texas is igniting change that will force residents, communities, businesses and transportation systems to stray away from the state's historically vast resource consumption and development patterns. In recent years, areas such as North Texas allowed uncondensed expansion where towns grew into sprawling suburbs and cities engulfed vast landmass that put much less restriction and need to build out conservatively.
