Richter joins the firm from BOK Financial, where he was a senior vice president and client advisor. His experience also includes nine years as a portfolio manager at UMB Bank, where he worked as part of a team to provide comprehensive financial solutions to high-net-worth individuals and institutions. To do so, he utilized a combination of investment management, banking, trust and estate planning, and charitable gifting strategies. In that role, Justin managed approximately $500 million in assets for a variety of clients and was a voting member of the bank's equity selection committee.

Richter's past experience also includes working alongside William B. Greiner, CFA, chief investment officer of Mariner Wealth Advisors.
