Mark Anderson Named President and COO of United Road Services; Kathleen McCann Appointed Chairman of the Board and CEO

ROMULUS, Mich., Aug. 16, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Mark Anderson is named President of United Road Services in addition to his role as Chief Operating Officer, a position he has held since joining the company in January 2014. Mark has over 25 years of professional experience leading several multi-dimensional businesses with significant logistics components, including car haul, solid waste collection, fuel distribution and OEM plant services, among others.

After starting his career as a CPA, Mark transitioned to operations, becoming COO and CEO for different transportation-related businesses. As McCann passes the presidency to Anderson, she will also assume the position of Chairman of United Road's Board of Directors.
