NEW YORK, March 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Computershare Limited (ASX: CPU), a leading financial services provider for the global securities industry, today announced that Mark Hartzell has joined the firm as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the US. Mark comes to Computershare from J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., where he was head of the global sales and client management organization for the clearance and collateral management division.

Mark served as a member of J.P. Morgan's treasury and securities services operating committee and he brings more than 20 years of experience in financial services, including sales and executive roles at Citibank and US Bancorp.
Based in Computershare's New York office, Mark will lead US sales and marketing efforts for all equity services businesses – which includes share registry and employee compensation plans – as well as for the Georgeson corporate proxy business.
