Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. Taps Ann Casey Bukawyn as Executive Vice President, Global Licensing

NEW YORK, June 4, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. (NYSE: MSO) today announced Ann Casey Bukawyn as Executive Vice President, Global Licensing. Ms. Bukawyn, an experienced licensing executive with a background including leading brands such as Perry Ellis and Liz Claiborne, is part of MSLO's strategic move to expand its retail presence beyond North America.

An accomplished executive with extensive experience developing and executing global strategic objectives across multiple brands and multiple channels of distribution, Ms. Bukawyn joins MSLO from Perry Ellis International, Inc., where she was President of Licensing. Prior to that, she was at Liz Claiborne, Inc., serving most recently as President, Bridge Brands. A graduate of Mt. Vernon College (now part of George Washington University) and Phillips Andover Academy, she has received numerous leadership awards and honors.
