Seth joined martinwolf in 2013 with more than 20 years of IT industry experience and heads the firm's IT Services practice. He has advised Fortune 500 companies and other market leaders in cloud and managed services, staffing, outsourcing, infrastructure and other services, including professional services such as implementation, customization, and application development. Notable transactions Seth has successfully led during his time at martinwolf include the sales of Thrupoint, Thrive Networks (the managed services subsidiary of Staples) and Systemax's North American Technology division (TigerDirect).

Prior to joining martinwolf, Seth was President of Manchester Technologies, a $320M publicly traded systems integrator and distributor where he successfully grew the company while increasing the bottom line. He engaged martinwolf to sell the company in two parts: first in an asset transaction to ePlus, then in a public-to-private transaction to private equity firm Caxton-Isman Capital (now CI Capital Partners). The sale generated a 3x increase in shareholder value during his tenure.

He also has served as a Director on the boards of two public companies: Manchester Technologies and Veramark Technologies, Inc.

His career also includes employment at Andersen Consulting (Accenture), Oracle, and National Westminster Bancorp.  He graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Seth is a FINRA-registered broker.
