Maryland Live! Casino Goes Live 24/7 As 24-Hour Gaming In Maryland Commences

HANOVER, Md., Dec. 27, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Maryland Live! Casino commenced 24-hour gaming today at 8:00 a.m. when Robert J. Norton, President and General Manager, unlocked the doors for the final time. Casino customers can now enjoy non-stop gaming and entertainment at the third largest commercial casino in the country 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

In January 2013, construction teams will begin making the modifications necessary to add more than 150 live table games to the casino floor, including Blackjack, Roulette, Craps ,Sic Bo, Baccarat and Poker. Recruitment efforts are well underway for the addition of approximately 1,200 new employees at Maryland Live! in all departments, including approximately 800 dealers.
