Maryland Live! Casino Opens At Arundel Mills In Hanover, Md.

ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, Md., June 7, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Maryland Live! Casino, the mid-Atlantic region's newest gaming and entertainment destination, opened its doors at 10:00 p.m. on June 6, 2012, bringing a new level of gaming action, irresistible dining options and sizzling nightlife to the East Coast.

Cordish Companies Chairman David Cordish and Managing Partner Joseph Weinberg were joined at a traditional ribbon-cutting ceremony by Anne Arundel County Executive John Leopold, Maryland State Lottery Agency Director Stephen Martino, Robert J. Norton, President and General Manager, Maryland Live! Casino, and celebrated chef Bobby Flay, as thousands of eager customers waited for the doors to open.

Casino opens with approximately 3,200 Las Vegas-style slot machines and electronic table games, including Blackjack, Roulette, Mini-Baccarat, and Pai Gow Poker.
