Massage Envy Spa and the Arthritis Foundation Host 'Healing Hands for Arthritis' Event

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 27, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Massage Envy Spa and the Arthritis Foundation have joined forces again to host Healing Hands for Arthritis, a one-day national event to raise funds to find a cure for people living with arthritis, the nation's leading cause of disability. On Sept. 17, 2014, Massage Envy Spa clinics in Arizona, California, Hawaii and Nevada will donate $10 from every one‐hour massage or facial to the Arthritis Foundation. Massage Envy Spa has raised more than $2 million to help the Arthritis Foundation serve nearly 53 million adults and 300,000 children affected by arthritis.

Each $10 raised from every one-hour massage or facial during the Healing Hands for Arthritis event will support the Arthritis Foundation's nationwide efforts to fund research for a cure as well as provide vital programs and services.  Additionally, Murad®, Massage Envy Spa's exclusive skin care partner, will donate 10 percent of all sales from products sold at Massage Envy Spa locations on September 17 to the Arthritis Foundation.
