Massage Envy Spa Raises Nearly $900,000 For Arthritis Foundation During 3rd Annual Healing Hands For Arthritis

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Oct. 23, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Massage Envy Spa, the pioneer and national leader of professional, convenient and affordable massage and spa services, announced today it raised more than $898,000 for the Arthritis Foundation during the third annual Healing Hands for Arthritis. On Sept. 18, 2013, all of Massage Envy Spa's 900 franchise locations donated $10 from every one-hour massage and facial to the Arthritis Foundation. The goal of this one-day national event was to raise funds to find a cure for the 50 million adults and 300,000 children affected by arthritis.

During the event, Massage Envy Spa's partners Murad^®_,BioFreeze and Wyndmere donated 10 percent of all sales from their products sold to the Arthritis Foundation.
