ST. JOHNS, Fla., Dec. 3, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- MasterCraft Builder Group releases Phase Two of Oxford Estates — a new home community located in St. Johns on Longleaf Pine Parkway. To accompany the release of Phase Two, the Florida homebuilder is including a complete pool package for all buyers who purchase a new MasterCraft Builder Group home in Oxford Estates. "The large, estate-size homesites accommodate a pool perfectly," said MasterCraft Builder Group New Home Sales Consultant, Landon Drye. "Many Oxford Estates homeowners have chosen to build in Oxford and enjoy a pool in the comfort of their own backyards versus building a home in a larger community with CDD fees where the amenity is shared by everyone."
