Mattamy Homes Announces New President for its US Group
Experienced homebuilding executive Pete Skelly will direct the company's significant US business
ORLANDO, FL, July 26, 2018 /PRNewswire/ - Mattamy Homes, the largest privately owned homebuilder in North America, is pleased to announce that Pete Skelly has been appointed President of the company's US Group, effective July 25, 2018.

Pete is a highly experienced homebuilding executive, with a proven track record of building and growing successful organizations that produce outstanding results. Most recently he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer with CalAtlantic, the 5th largest homebuilder in the US. Pete held this role for nearly three years, until the acquisition of the company by Lennar Corporation in February 2018. Previously, he was with The Ryland Group for more than 25 years in a variety of senior management roles including EVP and COO, Homebuilding President, and regional and divisional President.
