Maxcess Chooses Tagetik's Performance Management Software

The Tagetik platform will replace Maxcess's existing Excel-based solution with a unified Performance Management software to better manage their financial processes on an international level, such as monthly and quarterly budgets, forecasts, closings and annual plans, consolidated Balance Sheets, Profit&Loss, and Cash Flow statements, GAAP consolidation, and disclosure management for internal and external financial reporting.  

With the guidance of the consulting firm, West Monroe Partners (http://www.westmonroepartners.com), Maxcess selected Tagetik based on their attention to detail during the demonstration phase, as well as their strong North American references which convinced their Corporate Controller that their unified Tagetik 4 solution had a quick implementation time and could be maintained with very little support. Another advantage was Tagetik's partnership with Microsoft and their easy integration with Microsoft SQL Server database.
