Transaction Represents Fourth Add-On Acquisition to Maxcess Platform Since 2013
SAN MATEO, Calif. and OKLAHOMA CITY, Nov. 7, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Maxcess International ("Maxcess"), a global leader in innovative products and services for web handling applications, has acquired Menges Roller Company ("Menges"). Headquartered in Wauconda, Illinois, Menges will join Valley Roller, Webex, Fife, Tidland and MAGPOWR under the Bertram Capital-owned Maxcess umbrella.

Menges will expand Maxcess' roll expertise and increase its aftermarket offering while adding value to a thriving portfolio of web handling solutions. Charlie Menges, who represents the third generation of ownership, will continue to work with the Menges team and Matt Menges will remain as a shareholder and advisor to Maxcess.
