MB2 Dental Releases Second Installment in 'We Are Dentistry' Video Series Featuring Dr. Joseph Dove

CARROLLTON, Texas, April 26, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- MB2 Dental Solutions, a dental support organization, released a new video featuring Dr. Joseph Dove, a family practice dentist passionate about providing dental care for those who are traditionally underserved. The latest video debuts as the second installment of the "We Are Dentistry" video series, which highlights the daily lives of people in dentistry in an effort to humanize dental care.

In the video, Dr. Dove describes the neighborhood he came from and how he feels an inclination to return to his community and lift others up, just as someone did for him. He focuses on bringing in patients who are not receiving proper dental care.
"Sometimes these patients feel like they're left behind from society or the world, so we want to bring those folks back in," Dr. Dove confides. "I feel like that's what we're supposed to do. These are patients who are unable to get proper access and we want to find those patients and identify them so we can bring them to the office where they can receive care in a private setting. When we talk to these patients, we talk about more than just dentistry. We try to be a resource more than just [saying] let's fix your tooth."
From the boxing ring, to motorcycles, to cooking his own twist on traditional Jamaican favorites, the video takes viewers through a lively journey of Dr. Dove's life outside the dental practice, focusing on the daily habits that help his productivity. The video highlights Dr. Dove's multiple interests and passion for his community.
