McGuireWoods Adds Complex Commercial Litigator in Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 4 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- McGuireWoods LLP, a full-service top 100 law firm, announced today that Brooks Gresham has joined the firm's Los Angeles office as a partner with the Complex Commercial Litigation group.

Gresham has extensive experience in class action, real property, construction, intellectual property and employment-related disputes involving Fortune 500 companies in the wireless, commercial and residential real estate, entertainment and other industries.

Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Gresham served as of counsel to Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP. He has represented defense contractors, telecommunications companies, media companies, banks, insurers, real estate developers, contractors and property owners in all phases of arbitration and mediation, litigation and trial.

Manuel Award for Pro Bono Service, the Orange County Bar Association Access to Justice Award, and the Los Angeles County Superior Court Award for Outstanding Service as Judge Pro Tem. Gresham is a former floor delegate of the Conference of Delegates of the California Bar Associations and a volunteer arbitrator at the Los Angeles Superior Court Arbitrator Panel.
