NEW YORK, Jan. 15, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- McGuireWoods climbed to No. 5 in Thomson Reuters Loan Pricing Corp.'s U.S. Lender Law Firm League Table on 128 deals valued at $91.6 billion for its representation of lead arrangers and bookrunners in 2014 syndicated debt financings.
The 5 percent increase in dollar volume vaulted the firm up one slot in the tables released Wednesday from its sixth place finish on 2013 deals valued at $87.1 billion in the league tables that debt finance professionals consider definitive.
The firm ranked sixth in the number of transactions for 2014, down from a total of 165 deals in 2013.
