MDC Partners Announces the Appointment of Andre Coste as Chief Financial Officer of the Newly Created MDC Partner Network

Former Global CFO of Publicis Worldwide Enhances Fast-Growing Company's International Expertise, Adding to Network's Operational Excellence

NEW YORK, April 16, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- MDC Partners announced today that it has tapped Andre Coste, former Global Chief Financial Officer of Publicis Worldwide, to take on the role of Chief Financial Officer for the MDC Partner Network. The newly created Partner Network will give structure to the agency operations within the global MDC family and the MDC corporate strategic resources that provide value-added support and specialized expertise to the Partner agencies. In this new role, Coste will be responsible for partnering with the agency executive teams to drive efficient and effective growth and optimize financial management, as well as providing guidance and expertise as MDC agencies seek to expand internationally. Coste will report to Miles Nadal, President and CEO of MDC Partners, and will work alongside David Doft, Chief Financial Officer of MDC Partners, who will continue to lead MDC Partners global finance, capital markets transactions, investor relations, and key strategic initiatives.

Coste brings nearly 30 years of management experience to MDC Partners, the last ten of which were spent at Publicis Group. Most recently, Coste served as a key partner to Publicis' Global CEO in the role of Global CFO, a position he held for five years. In addition to Coste's extensive operational management and strategic finance experience, Coste possesses a comprehensive international expertise in markets as varied as Brazil, China, Germany, India, Japan, the UK, and the US.
