Medela Awarded Lactation Care Contract from Vizient

MCHENRY, Ill., March 19, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Medela LLC, the #1 recommended breast pump brand*, announced it has been awarded a group purchasing contract for Lactation Care from Vizient, Inc., the largest member-driven health care performance improvement company in the country.

The contract from Vizient recognizes Medela's commitment to providing research-based breast milk feeding solutions to support a mother's ability to provide the life-giving benefits of breast milk to her baby. The new agreement for Lactation Care includes breast pumps. This is in addition to Vizient contracts for Medela's full product portfolio from their Human Milk business unit, which includes enteral feeding and accessories.
