Media Advisory: Government Officials And Preservationists Gather In Princeton For Historic Battlefield Preservation Announcement

PRINCETON, N.J., Nov. 5, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- On Tuesday, November 11, 2014, two national historic preservation advocates, the Civil War Trust and American Revolution Institute of the Society of the Cincinnati, will host a news conference in Princeton to announce an exciting new initiative to protect America's endangered battlefields. They will be joined at this special Veteran's Day announcement by state and municipal government officials and the nonprofit Princeton Battlefield Society.

The November 11 news conference will be held at the Princeton Battle Monument beginning at 12:00 noon EST. The news conference follows the Spirit of Princeton annual Veteran's Day ceremony at the nearby All Wars Monuments. Light refreshments will be provided.
