Media One Acquires Premex Solutions, Expanding Its Digital Textile Portfolio into Home Décor and Apparel
Acquisition strengthens Media One's home décor and apparel offering with expanded fabrics, pigment printing technology and technical expertise
GARDEN GROVE, Calif., Sept. 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Media One ("M1"), a leading full-service integrator and value-added distributor of wide-format printing solutions, announced today that it has acquired the U.S. business and assets of Premex Solutions, a leading supplier of high-quality, print-ready fabrics for the digital textile printing industry. Premex Solutions builds on the more than 40-year textile heritage of its parent company, Premier Textiles UK, an independent family-run business founded in 1981, with a modern focus on digitally printable fabrics for the U.S. market.
The acquisition builds on Media One's growing portfolio, alongside Fisher Textiles and Hyperflex Vinyls, and expands the range of applications and solutions Media One and Fisher Textiles can bring to its customers in the home décor, interior décor and fashion markets. Premex Solutions brings an extensive range of high-quality, print-ready fabrics, deep textile knowledge and technical expertise, and established customer relationships that round out Media One and Fisher Textiles' existing product and service offerings.
