Medic Vision's iQMR™ System to Allow 40% MRI Scan-Time Reduction in More Than 350 Medical Centers in China, Under a Multi-Million Dollar Agreement

TIRAT CARMEL, Israel, Feb. 13, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Medic Vision Imaging Solutions, the leading innovator of vendor-independent solutions for CT and MRI scanners, today announced that it has signed a multi-million dollar partnership agreement with KAME, an affiliate of Beijing Century Galaxy Technology Group, to deliver over 350 iQMR systems to healthcare centers and diagnostic imaging providers in China, allowing them to reduce MRI scan-time by up to 40% and significantly increase productivity.

iQMR is a machine learning assisted iterative image reconstruction software enabling the use of short MRI protocols, to facilitate enhanced image quality, increased productivity, fewer repeating scans and improved patients' experience.

KAME is an affiliate of Beijing Century Galaxy Technology Group specializing in healthcare services and medical devices.  Kevin Zhang, President of International Operations: "The current overload on the Chinese diagnostic imaging services is extreme. While the U.S healthcare system provides 360 million people with 12,000 MRI scanners, in China more than 1.3 billion people are served with approximately 50% less scanners.
