Mr. Bassin is the former chief financial officer of inVentiv Health, Inc. which provides outsourced product development and commercialization services to the global pharmaceutical and life sciences industries. During his 11 years at inVentiv Health, he held multiple financial and executive management positions, including chief financial officer and chief operating officer of inVentiv's commercial division. He joined inVentiv from Snyder Communications Inc. in 1999, where he led the company's Business and Financial Strategies Group. Prior to Snyder, he was a senior auditor for Arthur Anderson LLP.
In his new role as CFO of MedSolutions, Mr. Bassin will be responsible for overseeing all financial planning and management aspects of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, underwriting and pricing.
