• How it Works:
• Hosts create events, invite friends to attend, then have the option to request introductions to other Members.
• REVEL's algorithm matches ideal Members and sends the details of the event. If the matched Members are available they can request Introduction Passes (IPs), which are used to meet others or they can transfer them to their bank for $24 each or donate them to select charities. Members can also make friends attending a contingency on their availability.
• Hosts then confirm matched Members who are tracked and granted access to that event's in-app group chat and REVEL instant chat support.
• Attendees are triggered by GPS verified check-in on the app.
• Hosts and Attendees are incentivized to give honest reviews on each other.
• Qualification for Membership: Those who wish to apply to attend or host events are usually referred by an existing Member or receive a special REVEL invitation, but anyone can apply by downloading the REVEL-Social app via the Apple App Store
• All applicants must pass a background check and participate in a video interview
• Currently, REVEL approves roughly 3% of applicants
