Merchant e-Solutions Named Finalist for Customer Service Team of the Year in Stevie Award Competition

REDWOOD CITY, Calif., Feb. 15, 2012  /PRNewswire/ -- Merchant e-Solutions, a global leader in the credit card processing industry, has been named a finalist for a Stevie Award for Sales & Customer Service in the category of "Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year--Business Services."

The Stevie Awards were created in 2002 to honor and generate public recognition of the efforts, accomplishments and positive contributions of companies and business people worldwide. Stevie is taken from the Greek name Stefanos, which means "crowned."

More than 1,000 entries from companies and organizations of all sizes and across virtually all industries were submitted in this year's Stevie Awards competition. Merchant e-Solutions is one of five companies to make it to the final round in the Team of the Year category for customer service teams that directly engage business customers.
