Mercy Memorial Hospital Improves Healthcare Services with Trend Micro Enterprise Security

CUPERTINO, Calif., May 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Trend Micro Incorporated announced today that Mercy Memorial Hospital in Monroe, Michigan, deployed Trend Micro™ Enterprise Security powered by the Trend Micro™ Smart Protection Network™ infrastructure to protect patient information, endpoints, email communications, and the Web gateway.  

Mercy Memorial Hospital consists of a central hospital complex, 28 remote locations and offices, totaling over 900 desktop computers and 200 servers.  An over-arching priority at Mercy Memorial Hospital System is HIPAA compliance and the protection of patient information, while ensuring business continuity.
