Phase Three Expansion to Add Over 120,000 Square Feet of Industrial Space

JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Feb. 19, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Merritt Properties has fully leased Phase Two of Imeson Landing Business Park, marking another milestone in the company's Jacksonville expansion. The park now hosts 24 tenants occupying spaces from 3,000 to 30,000 square feet, including light manufacturers, government contractors, port-related businesses, and distribution companies. With leasing momentum continuing, Merritt is preparing to launch Phase Three, which will add over 120,000 square feet of new industrial space.
