Mesirow Financial Expands Sale-Leaseback Team with the Appointment of a New Vice President Dedicated to New Business Development

CHICAGO, Nov. 12, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Mesirow Financial today announced that Zach Fox has joined the firm's Sale-Leaseback Capital group as a vice president. In this new position, which is based in Chicago, Mr. Fox will focus on new business development and client management, leveraging his extensive industry expertise and long-standing relationships to further enhance Mesirow Financial's position as a nationally recognized leader of sale-leaseback capital.
Mr. Fox joins Mesirow Financial from Transwestern Commercial Services, where he served as co-head of the Chicago suburban agency leasing team. Over the course of his 11-year real-estate services career, he has completed over 500 transactions consisting of more than 4 million square feet with a gross aggregate value of $500 million.
